The special addition of grapefruit extract, which is naturally acidic, eliminates excess alkalinity and smoothes the hair scales for intensely shiny hair and colour that appears naturally shiny and full of health. For best results PhytoCitrus must be used for 2 or 3 weeks following a perm or colour treatment to ensure that it preserves the scalp and protect the hair colour from the harmful effects of the sun.
