Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card details over the Internet. Your order will be confirmed electronically or in writing.
Orders by post must contain details of the item required, its size and a delivery address as well as full payment in Pounds Stirling by cheque made payable to Slapiton. For non UK orders do not forget to include a delivery cost. Delivery charges are calculated on location and order value. Full breakdowns of charges are available in "Shipping & Handling". |
Shipping And Handling
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. We expect that your order will be delivered within 5-7 days, but in extreme circumstances the order may take 28 days to be delivered. Postage and packing is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and for UK deliveries there are no postage and packing charges, large orders may be sent special delivery (dependent on value).
European Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Registered Post and these orders carry a postage charge calculated on total cost price. These charges are as follows:
Orders to the value of £35.00 - £7.00 Postage & Packing
Orders with a value between £35.00 to £70.00 - £9.00 Postage & Packing
Orders above £70.00 - £12.00 Postage & Packing
Orders for the Rest of the World, including the USA & Canada, are dispatched by Royal Mail International Registered Post and these orders carry a postage charge calculated on total cost price. These charges are as follows:
Orders to the value of £35.00 - £10.00 Postage & Packing
Orders with a value between £35.00 to £70.00 - £14.00 Postage & Packing
Orders above £70.00 - £18.00 Postage & Packing

Returns Policy
If you wish to return the item please notify Slapiton (Scentual World Limited) by written letter sent by a signed for service within 7 working days of receiving the products.

Return of goods following cancellation.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the customer fails to return the goods or sends them at the expense of Slapiton (Scentual World Limited), the direct cost of this return will be charged to he customer. All goods must be returned within 10 working days.
Duty of Care
Customers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. When returned it is the customer's duty to take reasonable care to ensure that Slapiton (Scentual World Limited) receive the goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit. If this reasonable care is not exercised Slapiton (Scentual World Limited) may have a claim against the consumer for breach of this statutory duty.
In the case of goods that have hygiene seals these must not be removed when examining the product.
