How it Works
Indulging in a warm bath of salt crystals and essential oils after a workout helps to relieve and prevent muscle aches. That’s because natural lemon oil, rosemary, and eucalyptus help prevent the build up of lactic acid in your muscles, helping you stay on top of your game.

How to Use It
Add 1-2 tablespoons of these crystals to warm water running at full force. Let the tub fill and allow the salts to dissolve. Then, step in and soak your entire body for at least 15 minutes
